  • Workload Studies
  • You will manage and prepare database for maintainability prediction studies that estimate maintenance workload (preventive and corrective) based on SBM fleet experience from CMMS and Subject Matter Experts.

Estimate maintenance workload in “workload studies” for the bid, design and operational phases for FPSOs. This shall consider different disciplines, CMMS, Integrity, Inspections, Operational tasks, third parties, brownfield etc. over the operating life.

Use workload studies to understand the average manhours over a lifecycle per discipline and translate this to onboard headcount (core crew + others) and optimize POB.

Issue O&M execution plan for each operating FPSO, based on trustworthy workload data, enabling rational for data-driven decisions / strategy for resource optimisation.
