About the Role As a Principal Engineer at Ogury, you will be a key player in shaping the backend architecture and development processes. You will lead a talented team of backend and full stack software engineers, leveraging your expertise to build scalable and efficient large-scale distributed systems. If you are passionate about creating high-performance systems and have a deep experience on building parts of RTB platforms whether SSP or DSP side, we invite you to join our dynamic team responsible for our Programmatic pipeline. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in building and optimizing large-scale distributed systems in the context of the AdTech, possess strong leadership skills, have a proven history of mentorship, and demonstrate proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Golang, Scala, or others.
