The main mission of the Laboratory Technician is to carry out checks in order to establish the conformity of products in accordance with the specifications or predefined specifications.
Key responsibilities
Carry out, in compliance with safety rules, work procedures (NF/ISO) and good laboratory practices, analyzes on samples of finished products, raw materials and semi-finished products, R&D, sample services, stock controls , customers, Quality samples (validation of cleaning, verification of rinsing water, etc.)
Ensuring the data entry of the results
Participate in the review of analytical methods Participate in the proper management of the laboratory (stocks of products/consumables) and in maintaining it in good working order, in particular by placing the orders necessary for its proper functioning. Perform historical research in case of deviation to facilitate the investigation of non-conformity and the development of corrective actions.
Implement quality procedures with regard to the metrology of the equipment used
Qualifications and skills
Laboratory technician specialised in organoleptic control. This technician should have competencies in: Sample Laboratory preparation Sample and standard management - QC sensory panelist Skills in organoleptic control Member of a shift team (6h30-14h00 / 10h30-18h00) Has knowledge of flavours
Degree or experience: Holder of a BTS or DUT in chemistry or physical measurement or equivalent, you must justify 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the agri-food or aromatic sector.
