Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. As Junior Procurement Manager you will be in charge of a portfolio :
Of in-destination land services (Restaurants, Tourist Attractions, Guides, Excursions).
You will meet suppliers in order to build strong relationships and be able to deliver products
That are competitive and suitable to customers throughout different demand and market.
As Junior Procurement Manager DS you will
. Report to the DM Manager in your region
. Coordinate & Work closely with the other
. Procurement Manager In your destination
. Align & Support the Operation Team responsible for your destination
Key activities
. Contract in your assigned destination and applying the company’s market -leading Procurement Strategy and Guidelines
. Ensure rate competitiveness of your portfolio
. Promote use of our internal SupplierNet and e- billing
. Reach Special / Exclusive agreement ( override deals, marketing contribution)
. Ensure all business activities comply with relevant financial, legislative, legals demands and Ethical standards of the organization
Knowledge , Skills and experience
. Higher Education in Tourism or Business development or Revenue Management
. Strong Communication Skills ( written/ spoken ) English for business level
. Personal Leadership, ability to work independently and managing your time and meet deadlines
. IT proficiency including Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Personal Characteristics
. Ability to cope with different levels of stress
. Excellent Communicator
. Good knowledge of Destination France
. Open mind and ready to learn
