The role & the teams

To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Infrastructure Technical Administrator - Engineer (M/F) within the Global Infrastructure System/Cloud team! This position will be located in Lestrem (near Lille).

The mission:

As a technical Administrator lead, you will bring your experience and talent to:

Guarantee a high level of availability of IT resources through proactive follow-up of all IT resources, to prevent the risk of service failure or degraded response times

Diagnose and correct complex issues and problems escalated by level 2 team

Define and implement new processes and procedures in order to respect SLAs and high user experience.

Provide leadership, training opportunities and guidance to level 2 team

Contribute with technical architects to long term plans and roadmaps definition (infrastructure modernization and obsolescence)

You will involve in the implementation of new projects in production by :

participating in design development with architecture and business teams

coordinating required steps to support the new solution

actively participating to projects as technical expert

In this position you will have a global and updated vision of Roquette information systems and a good knowledge of the company.

What will we love about you?

Above all, you have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure Service Operations and Service Transition, you have a global and updated vision of information systems and a strong ability to work in an international environment. Your ability to adapt in an evolutionary environment is also crucial.

And also :

Engineer’s degree or equivalent specialized in jobs in IT technology

Minimum 7 years of IT infrastructure experience, with up to 4 to 7 years as a technical team member.

Technical skills :

Experience in datacenter infrastructure, including servers and storage technologies (CISCO UCS, PureStorage), enterprise backup software (Veritas Netbackup) and hardware (Netbackup Appliances).

Experience in Microsoft infrastructure solutions (Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper-V, SQL Server) and VMware vSphere.

Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud

Experience in Automation & Orchestration tools

Specific requirement : On call rotation

Fluent in English (reading, written, spoken).
