IT Engineer
We're not looking for a "ticket resolver".
We're hiring a **true IT Engineer** who owns internal systems end-to-end, keeps everything running smoothly, and actively raises the bar on security, reliability, and user experience.
At Onoff, IT is not back-office support. It's **mission-critical infrastructure behind a fast-growing global telecom SaaS product**.
We move fast. We expect ownership. And we value engineers who don't wait to be told what to fix.
What You'll Be Doing
- -------------------
* **Own IT Operations**
Provide high-quality L1--L3 support across hardware, software, systems, and networks. Ensure employees can work without friction.
* **Manage Access \& Identity**
Handle IAM end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, permissions, MFA, RBAC, and access security across systems.
* **Administer Core Tools**
Maintain and optimise Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Dashlane, and internal SaaS platforms.
* **Support Infrastructure \& Connectivity**
Troubleshoot VPN, network, Wi-Fi, and access issues. Ensure secure and reliable remote connectivity.
* **Manage Devices \& Assets**
Oversee full hardware lifecycle (laptops, phones, peripherals) and ensure clean inventory and provisioning processes.
* **Strengthen Security Posture**
Apply security best practices (MFA, MDM, phishing protection, audit logs, access control). Participate in security initiatives.
* **Improve Processes \& Vendor Management**
Maintain licenses, manage renewals, optimise costs, and continuously improve IT workflows and documentation.
* **Support \& Collaborate**
Work closely with all teams, deliver clear user support, and contribute to a culture of reliability and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- ---------------------
You're a strong fit if you:
* Have solid experience in **IT support / sysadmin / internal IT engineering**
* Know **IAM, Active Directory, Google Workspace, M365 deeply**
* Can troubleshoot **complex IT issues independently**
* Understand **networking basics (VPN, DNS, connectivity, Wi-Fi)**
* Are comfortable in **SaaS-heavy environments**
* Care about **security, structure, and reliability**
* Take ownership instead of escalating everything
* Communicate clearly with non-technical users
What Will Set You Apart
- ----------------------
* Experience with **MDM tools (e.g. Intune)**
* Exposure to **security operations or compliance practices**
* Scripting / automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
* Experience in **fast-scaling tech or SaaS companies**
* Strong documentation \& process improvement mindset
Why Onoff?

#### If you're someone who doesn't just "support IT" but actually **builds, secures, and improves it every day**, we should talk.
