We are looking for a Program Analyst for a 6-month internship based in Paris (Opéra Garnier) to help Foundever.org, the Foundever Charitable advance its program implementation through program monitoring, research, writing, innovation and analysis.
As a Program Analyst at the Foundever.org you will:
Data Collection and Management: Assist in the collection, analysis, and management of data related to Foundever.org's programs and initiatives. This includes gathering data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and reliability, and maintaining comprehensive databases for ongoing analysis.
Performance Monitoring: Support the monitoring of program outcomes against set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Help in identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement by regularly reviewing program data and performance metrics.
Evaluation and Reporting: Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness and impact. Assist in preparing reports and presentations that summarize findings, insights, and recommendations based on data analysis and program evaluations.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with various teams within Foundever.org, including program management, operations, and outreach teams, to ensure alignment in monitoring and evaluation efforts. Facilitate communication and information sharing to support organizational learning and program improvement.
Research and Best Practices: Engage in research to identify best practices in monitoring and evaluation within the nonprofit sector. Contribute to the development and refinement of Foundever.org's monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies based on industry standards and emerging trends.
Stakeholder Engagement: Support the engagement with stakeholders, including program participants, partners, and funders, to gather feedback and insights that inform program evaluation and decision-making. Help in synthesizing stakeholder feedback and incorporating it into evaluation processes and reports.

Advantages of the location

Strong research skills using a diverse set of sources, including rapid collection and sifting of research materials, and the ability to prepare compelling materials.
Experience with project management, planning and organizing, the ability to lead the work of stakeholders to achieve all project goals within the scope, time and budget established and to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives.
