Key Responsibilities:

Driving the Delivery Process:

• The Supply Chain Coordinator will be instrumental in co-leading the monthly S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, ensuring that the company's delivery mechanisms are efficient, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

• This involves being the primary point of contact for strategic market supply reviews, new SKU committees and innovation committees, requiring a deep understanding of market needs and operational capabilities.

Managing operational projects:

• This facet of the role calls for exceptional project management skills, as the coordinator will oversee the implementation of operational projects ranging from product launches—including limited editions and new packaging—to innovations and brand introductions from the international marketing team.

• The position necessitates close collaboration with various departments, including customer service, purchasing, R&D, supply chain, and warehouses, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Leading Sustainability strategy:
