Description of the position:

Within the Innovation Department of Sigmatech, international R&D Centre of Plastic Omnium, you will be responsible for participating in the development of deep learning methods and their deployment within the company.

Main missions:

Leading and supporting data projects within the company

Implementation of deep learning methods applied to computer vision and 3D CAE.

Be in close contact with the business end-users of deep learning methods, in order to support, identify and update their needs.

Contribute to the creation of best practices and methodologies.

Active monitoring of the scientific state of the art and its implementation in industry

Profile:

Engineering or master’s degree in applied mathematics.

3-5 years of Experience with deep learning and optimization methods

Experience with coding applied tools: e.g. Python programming, PyTorch packages, Yolo models

Knowledge of numerical analysis and general mechanic would be a plus.

Ability to synthesise and formalise.

Good communication skills, team spirit.

Fluent English required.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross annual salary according to profile + profit-sharing + participation to the company restaurant + transportation allowance. Our R&D Centre also has access to a gym and concierge service.
