**Contexte**

Dans le cadre de son développement en France, **NTT France** recherche un(e) **Ingénieur Réseau et Sécurité** pour renforcer ses équipes.

**Votre rôle**

Au sein d'une équipe multi-client, vous interviendrez sur deux périmètres principaux :

* **Support \& Maintenance**
* **Exploitation des solutions clients (Managed Services)**

**Missions principales**

**Support \& Maintenance**

* Traitement des tickets techniques ouverts par les clients
* Diagnostic et résolution des incidents (bugs, matériel, configuration, licences...)
* Ouverture et suivi des incidents auprès des constructeurs partenaires
* Interventions sur site client pour diagnostic et remplacement d'équipements (Field Engineering)
* Collaboration étroite avec les centres de services NTT en Europe et dans le monde
* Accès au laboratoire NTT France pour investigation et montée en compétences
* Participation aux astreintes en rotation pour les interventions hors horaires ouvrés

**Monitoring \& Supervision**

* Gestion des événements de supervision : analyse, qualification, résolution, dispatching

**Missions secondaires**

* Assistance aux utilisateurs finaux pour la résolution d'incidents
* Maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des solutions
* Participation à la configuration d'équipements
* Contribution aux évolutions et modifications des infrastructures Réseau \& Sécurité
* Mise à jour des documentations techniques
* Réalisation ponctuelle de changements en heures non ouvrées

**Technologies utilisées**

* **Réseau :** Cisco, Aruba, Infoblox
* **Sécurité :** Palo Alto, NAC Clearpass, Juniper, Stormshield, Forcepoint
* **Monitoring :** Zabbix, openshift, redhat

**Profil Attendu:**

* Issu de formation technique en infrastructures (Réseaux et Sécurité), BTS, Bachelor/licence ou Master / Ingénieur

* Première expérience dans le diagnostic des incidents (troubleshooting) et la fourniture de support dans les domaines de la **sécurité** , des **réseaux** , des **centres de données (Data Center)** , des **systèmes** ou de l'**administration et de la supervision du stockage**, au sein d'une organisation ICT de taille moyenne à grande.
* Connaissances de base des **agents de gestion** , des **concepts de redondance** et des produits associés au domaine technique concerné (sécurité, réseau, Data Center, téléphonie, etc.).
* Connaissance de base des processus **ITIL** et Certification CCNA serait un plus.
* Dû aux déplacements prévus chez nos clients en Ile-de-France avec nos véhicules à disposition, le Permis B est obligatoire.
