Job Description:
We are looking for our future Industrialization Methods Technician to join our Tarbes site.

Aircraft manufacturer, industrialist, industrial service provider and logistician. Focused on innovation since its creation, Daher designs and develops value-added solutions for its customers and partners in the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Attached to the Fitting Unit of our site, you will participate in cost estimates, pre-studies, and studies (defining manufacturing and fitting processes, methods, means to implement, handling minor modifications). You will contribute to industrialization projects and continuous improvement while ensuring production monitoring and technical support.

Your missions:
• Conduct cost estimates for Bid Submission with a proposed schedule.
• Contribute to the development and validation of design documents in collaboration with the BE.
• Define manufacturing processes in accordance with technical requirements, quality-cost-deadline considerations, CHSCT, and budget. Define the manufacturing file and participate in the development of inspection documents, integrating them into documentary systems.
• Define, structure, monitor, and update articles, processes, and bill of materials in the information system.
• Provide technical information necessary for the manufacturing of tools (budget, deadlines, etc.) to the engineering department or subcontractor.
• Determine and optimize manufacturing times.
• Provide technical support to production and partners, resolve technical problems by making proposals, and intervene based on quality advice.
• Participate in value analysis and product/process FMEAs and propose process or tooling improvements (production time, monitoring new).

Your profile:
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
