HUMS Engineer Technical Support Specialist (m/f)
Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a "HUMS Engineer Technical Support Specialist (m/f)" to join our HUMS Technical Support Department based in Marignane, France.
You will join the department in charge of HUMS Technical Support: Health & Usage Monitoring System is based on data gathered from customer fleet and consists in assisting maintenance by earlier detection.
This job will consist of: Supplying Technical Support to the customers fitted with HUMS system in order to keep their fleet flying, with high level of safety and availability
This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Your challenges:
- Supply HUMS Technical Support to the customers as "Front Office"
- Assume the 24h/7days customer assistance for the HUMS by mobile phone (HUMS Hot Line).
- Deliver HUMS services while respecting contractual commitments (“FlyScan” proactive services).
- Implement HUMS system and Train customers in their facilities (mission around the world).
- Provide technical advice & consulting in order to have the solution the most adapted to customer needs.
- Edit documentation (Training Manual, Service Bulletin, Work Card on ATA chapters 31/45).
- Propose improvements of HUMS systems & services (design, documentation, support) to increase the customer satisfaction (fleet availability) and save money.
Your profile:
- Master degrees or equivalent (Bac+5)
- Technical Knowledge in mechanical parts, systems, avionics, vibrations,
- Ability to work on I.T. Tools
- Technical English Language
- Background on Helicopters Support & Maintenance process (nice to have)
- Open-minded, proactive & future oriented.
- High team spirit.
- Customer oriented with good relationships.
Language skills:
- English: Advanced
- French: Fluent
