Your main objective :
Maintain, propose optimisation of HR Systems to ensure their performance: user-centricity, operational excellence, qualitative data tracking.
Produce regular reports to follow-up HR performance.
Your missions :
Maintain and administer HR Systems to ensure operational excellence and optimal employee experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system-related issues and inquiries from HR staff and end-users.
Conduct regular system updates and suggest opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through system enhancements or automation.
In case of new HR Systems needs, assist in the implementation of it aligned with HR policies: gather requirements and users’ expectations, assess feasibility, propose solution, set-up, test, and data check.
Provide guidance through documentation, FAQ and training to end-users on system functionalities, features, and best practices.
Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system integration with other systems.
Manage HR data integrity by performing regular audits, data validation, and cleanup tasks.
Develop and maintain data extraction processes for ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs.
Qualifications
Education : Master’s degree in Human Resources
Needed Work experience : to years' professional experience in cross-functional HR/IT subjects such as HRIS, managed from a head office and covering at least Europeor an experience within a consulting company
Languages skills : English Fluent
Computer skills : Proficiency in Office pack and Reporting Tools
Specific skills : Contribute on an ad hoc basis to various HR Systems & Data projects.Suggest improvements to the end-users experience.Administer HR systems, in autonomy.Produce & share HR Expertises Dashboards.
Specific transversal skills :Good listenerDemonstrating proactivity and seeking out informationGood ability to interact and understand the needs of various stakeholdersSupporting change management
