Our HR teams are currently engaged in improving and transforming their processes and tools. In this context, we are looking for an HR Digital Transformation Specialist W/M.

Your main objective : 

  • Maintain, propose optimisation of HR Systems to ensure their performance: user-centricity, operational excellence, qualitative data tracking.
  • Produce regular reports to follow-up HR performance.
  • Your missions : 

  • Maintain and administer HR Systems to ensure operational excellence and optimal employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting system-related issues and inquiries from HR staff and end-users.
  • Conduct regular system updates and suggest opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows through system enhancements or automation.
  • In case of new HR Systems needs, assist in the implementation of it aligned with HR policies: gather requirements and users’ expectations, assess feasibility, propose solution, set-up, test, and data check.
  • Provide guidance through documentation, FAQ and training to end-users on system functionalities, features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system integration with other systems.
  • Manage HR data integrity by performing regular audits, data validation, and cleanup tasks.
  • Develop and maintain data extraction processes for ad-hoc reporting and analysis needs.
  • Qualifications

  • Education : Master’s degree in Human Resources
  • Needed Work experience :  to years' professional experience in cross-functional HR/IT subjects such as HRIS, managed from a head office and covering at least Europeor an experience within a consulting company
  • Languages skills : English Fluent
  • Computer skills : Proficiency in Office pack and Reporting Tools
  • Specific skills : Contribute on an ad hoc basis to various HR Systems & Data projects.Suggest improvements to the end-users experience.Administer HR systems, in autonomy.Produce & share HR Expertises Dashboards.
  • Specific transversal skills :Good listenerDemonstrating proactivity and seeking out informationGood ability to interact and understand the needs of various stakeholdersSupporting change management
