Recruit, Build, and Lead the Procurement & Supply Chain Excellence Office team.
This is an existing team today but expected synergies between several functions to make it more efficient and coordinated across the business.
Drive operational excellence through the continuous improvement of key supply chain metrics.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement best practices, policies, and procedures to drive procurement process excellence across Procurement, Supplier Quality and Strategic Supply Chain.
Develop and implement tools to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Responsible for all communication, internally and externally in correlation with the company wide communications department. Build, implement and lead the communication plan from a strategic and tactical view with all suppliers/partners as well as internal functions.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Procurement team, Supplier Quality team, and Strategic Supply Chain team.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure the effectiveness of all supply chain operations.
Drive Knowledge Management development and deployment and responsible for building a training plan in line with company & personal development plans.
Implement lean principles and methodologies to optimise processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments within the Procurement & Supply Chain function.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management
Proven track record of driving supply chain excellence and continuous improvement
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Master's degree in supply chain management or related field
Certification is a plus – e.g. Lean Six Sigma
Proficiency in supply chain management software
Very good English (written and verbal) - German or French is a plus
