Hardware Pre-Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

Location: EMEA Wide possible

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive Datacenter business with existing and new customers on Infrastructure, Server, Network and Storage Solutions for the EMEA region in close cooperation with the Account Managers and the Business Development Managers Team.
  • Implement a Go-To-Market strategy plan, identify, develop and validate new opportunities for business expansion
  • Build-up or extend strong customer relationship at all levels in customer organizations.
  • Developing a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives, and articulating how our offerings address their needs.
  • Actively participating and supporting in all phases of planning and execution for your region, from initial discovery to the technical win.
  • Position Avnet Integrated as Technology and System Solution Partner of choice


 

Your profile

  • 3y+ experience in Enterprise Products and Software (Windows, REHL, VMware, etc...)
  • 3y+ experience inside that market
  • 3y+ in Sales Support activities
  • Prior working experience as a technical architect or solution architect is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Datacenter Infrastructure, Server, Network and Storage Solutions
  • A team player who likes to take the initiative and very communicative
  • A real passion for being curious and a continuous learner. You are someone that invests in yourself as much as you invest in your professional relationships.
  • Be up to date with the latest technology is an advantage
  • Very good English language experience and other European language experience are of advantage
  • Deep knowledge in Microsoft Tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams and Visio
  • Willingness to travel (+/- 30%)
  • Driving license + International passport
