As the Director of International Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play a pivotal role in driving our Division’s financial performance and strategic initiatives across global markets. This role includes the management of global retail prices to ensure competitive positioning and profitability, along with the leadership of transversal projects that span across various business units.

International FP&A
You develop comprehensive business and financial reporting to inform and influence strategic decisions and present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
You collaborate with the different Divisional teams to align on the Budget and MTP targets.
You follow the Regions’ budgeting and forecasting efforts to ensure alignment with our Global targets.
You engage with stakeholders to ensure cohesive and transparent communication regarding business and financial strategies as well as project progress, and policies.
Global Retail Pricing
You collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement pricing models and strategies that reflect the value proposition of our products and services.
You manage global retail pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and align price points with business objectives to maximize revenue and market share.
Project Management
You oversee transversal projects with a focus on financial impact, ensuring alignment with the Division’s goals and efficient execution and provide financial leadership on cross-functional projects, coordinating with various departments to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with financial goals.
Retail Performance
You conduct in-depth retail performance analysis to monitor sales, margins, inventory turns, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) across all retail outlets and advise on financial strategy for retail expansion efforts, including new store openings and market entries.
Management
You lead, mentor, and develop diverse finance teams, nurturing talent and promoting a culture of high performance, professional growth, collaboration, and accountability.
You champion continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant experience in pricing strategy and managing international finance operations.
- Demonstrated experience in leading transversal projects with a track record of successful implementation.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing high-performing, cross-cultural teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with senior executives and external partners.
- Advanced proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and pricing tools.
- Professional accounting or finance designation (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
