MAIN DUTIES
As part of the Global IMC team (Integrated Marketing and Communications) and under the supervision of the Global Operating Model Manager, the Global Operating Model – Project Manager supports the execution of the Global IMC operating model roadmap (internal/external capabilities and agencies, tools and ways of working) to pursue the IMC transformation initiatives (BeSocial, Retail Media, Marketing Sustainability strategies) across brands and countries.
They are expected to:
Orchestrate the operating model and implement processes that scale
Refine operational policies that align with the Global IMC strategy & roadmap
Drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement, by implementing solutions and clear process
Define business requirements & needs to be addressed
Identify optimization opportunities and jump in business operations to help resolve problems
Benchmark internal & external State of the Art solutions to pivot and modernize the IMC ways of working
Monitor KPI to track the transformation initiatives progress
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
To do so, they will manage and improve the Operating Model of the Global IMC business unit:
External Resources
Manage global agencies (media: Publicis; creative strategy: Havas): guarantee the global MSA and local SOW and its application, supervise the annual bonus and assessments, follow up the invoicing and payment plan as well as the overall relationship
Deploy the in-housing strategy (current and future “BeStudios” capabilities) at both local and global levels: preliminary audit, scoping, fees negotiations, global MSA + local Terms of Service agreement and on-going supervision
Orchestrate secondary partner agencies, such as social media (Kindai, Heaven), activations (Rosbeef!) or content adaptation (Herculès)…
…As well as the tools: Brandwatch (social media monthly & yearly reports), Datorama, Mediatools (media performance reports), IAS (brand safety reports), Impact+, BBH, RCQ, AI (LLM and generative)
Support any RFP conducts
Internal Resources
Mobilize and collaborate with internal services (Global IMC, Global Brands, Global Brands GM, Countries DM, SI, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance) and external partners to ensure the success of the IMC Operating Model
Support and guide brands and countries on the transformation process while ensuring the performance and adoption of the tools & partners
Ensure each country receive the good level of strategic support and the proper resources from the local subsidiaries of the agency ecosystem (Providence x Herculès, Publicis, Oliver…)
Manage transversality & coordinate inputs from stakeholders
Project Management
Contribute to build & perform training plan & materials
Appoint key users to test solutions & new process
Contribute to Internal & External communication of the implemented projects and process
Business feedback on each period of delivery on an iterative basis
Set up & animate project governance routines
Set up & monitor project realization KPIs
PROFILE
+3 years of experience in project management, preferably coming from a communication or media agency background (full time position after graduation)
International experience is an advantage
