Are you interested in overseeing, educating, motivating and driving all activities related to merge and acquisition in the IT organization, including the integration of the acquired entities into CEVA IT landscape ?

It is an exciting time to join CEVA Logistics since CEVA is managing major Business expansion through Logistics company acquisition on top of continuous transformation and growth. Would you like to lead important integration projects that will be run in parallel?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our IT M&A and Integration Head.

In this role as IT M&A and Integration Head you will also oversee the savings and synergies that can be derived in the respective integration projects. You will ensure forecast and track the targets realization throughout the project life cycle.

The scope of the integration project encompasses IT process changes and standardization, operational excellence, smart sourcing, as well as IT organizational changes.

The position reports to the Global CIO Office and M&A Lead.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Strategy & Planning

  • You assist the Global CIO Office and M&A Lead in defining the global integration strategy and roadmap.
  • You review IT M&A organization, contributors, and instances, to ensure end-to-end IT M&A can scale up and address upcoming demands.
  • You lead the Organization Authority to review and design a target IT organization and operating model post the M&A.
  • You collaborate with relevant stakeholders (business and/or IT) to identify the synergies target, the budget and the milestones.
  • You consolidate IT M&A body of knowledge, develop a repository of templates, guidelines and knowledge base related to M&A.
  • Operational Management

  • You drive IT Organization merge and synergy in their respective domains, with defined milestones and target.
  • You define targets of savings and synergies and ensure timely reporting and tracking.
  • You drive and coordinate with respective stakeholders (IT or business) on the change management required due to M&A or integration.
  • You identify risks and the relevant mitigation actions, seek necessary guidance and direction from Management in case of escalation.
  • You lead the projects on the IT integration, providing regular status reporting to management team.
  • WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have a background in IT or engineering with minimum 5 years of experience
  • You have experience in streamlined IT integration roadmap encompassing past and present deals.
  • You can create an IT synergy blueprint with clear targets, actions, and timeline to realize the synergies.
  • You have a right sized, rationalized, and smart sourced IT capability that can meet the M&A demands of the organization.
  • You are autonomous and self-driven
  • Depending on the projects, travelling could be part of your role
  • You have excellent communication skills in English
