Purpose of the Role

The Full Funnel Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of the global full funnel digital strategy for the 'Maison' of Kering and will report to the Global Maison Media Lead for Saint Laurent.

This role will oversee all aspects of digital planning and buying, across all markets, including China, Japan, Korea, and the USA.

The Full Funnel Lead will lead the digital channel specialists’ teams (Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic) to:

  • ensure excellence at a global scale, centrally and in the markets,
  • bring agility and flexibility in the operation,
  • deliver digital innovation and help the Maison to be in the forefront of the digital/data/tech evolution.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • She/He will bring Digital Media and Luxury Passion to the output of the agency, by leading with expertise and galvanizing with brand essence.
  • Lead an industry-unique full funnel media practice for its 'Maison', ensuring the highest level of media science and brand heart meet in each activation.
  • Connect 15+ markets together and 15+ FTEs thanks to a fit-for-purpose, brand-tailored operating model that can drive media decisions at speed for our teams and our clients.
  • Care for our Kering team talents as their go-to manager, creating a culture of openness - work/life balance – team solidarity and best practice sharing.
  • Ensure clear positioning, branding, product, and culture for their global client team to establish a coherent successful business centrally and in markets.
  • Develop and implement the global full funnel digital strategy for the Maison of Kering
  • Oversee all aspects of digital planning and buying, across all markets.
  • Lead and supervise all the digital channel teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure that all media campaigns are aligned with the Maison’s overall brand strategy.
  • Manage relationships with the key digital partners.
  • Monitor and analyse media performance to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and technologies.
  • Qualifications + Skills

  • Media Planning: 10+ years of exp.
  • Direct Management: 5+ years of exp.
  • Account Leadership: 5+ years of exp.
  • International experience: 5+ experience
  • Full Funnel measurement and planning
  • Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic
  • Global Operations
  • Interpersonal communication
  • End to End Media Planning & Activation
  • Soft skills & influence
  • French language- preferable
  • Willing to travel to Paris at least 1-2 times per month.
  • This is a full-time, hybrid role – based in London.
