Our client is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead customer service transition activities across multiple European locations. This is a permanent role offering you the opportunity to manage significant operational change, work across diverse teams and geographies, and drive successful service transitions in a dynamic, international environment.
Position Overview
As Transition Manager, you'll lead end-to-end customer service transition activities, ensuring operational continuity whilst managing multiple stakeholders across different countries. You'll coordinate transition planning, oversee process migration, support knowledge transfer, and manage risks and dependencies. Your work will directly impact service delivery quality, team readiness, and the success of major transformation initiatives across the organisation's European operations.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage customer service transition activities from planning through to completion
* Coordinate transition governance, planning and execution across multiple stakeholder groups
* Support knowledge transfer, process migration and operational readiness activities
* Identify, manage and escalate risks, dependencies and issues proactively
* Drive collaboration between local business teams, operations and delivery functions
* Monitor transition milestones and deliver regular status reporting to stakeholders
* Maintain service continuity and minimise disruption during all transition phases
* Support change management and communication activities across impacted teams
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Transition Manager within customer service operations
* Demonstrated success delivering international or multi-country transitions
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in fast-paced transformation or outsourcing environments
* Strong organisational and governance capabilities
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
* Fluent French and English language skills (essential)
* European work authorisation
