Financial Partner and Audit Analyst
Our finance department is spread over 14 countries and 25 nationalities. We aim to support Mantu's growth, assist in decision making and provide an agile backbone to ensure the group achieves its growth ambition.
Tasks and responsibilities
You will coordinate and be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of a scope (monthly closing, reporting, order-to-cash, local tax management) and advise management on performance improvement.
You will need to have a clear understanding of the business strategy and financial structure of your entity by mastering the typology of projects, clients, sectors, sites as well as performance indicators.

Executing closing tasks within the deadlines defined by the Group (accounting and operational)
Our ideal candidate
With prior audit or control experience in a high-growth environment, you have developed strong analytical and organizational skills along with good priority management techniques. You are able to set and meet deadlines. You are empathetic and confident enough to use your analytical skills to influence decision making.
A degree in Finance/Accounting or similar is required.
