Finance Analyst Europe (FP&A) Business Partner
About the role
He/she will be a key member of the HVAC Europe Finance team supporting HVAC Europe leadership and partnering with business functions to provide key analyses and drive cash flow and cost structure improvement actions.
He/she provide the financial overview of the various Business Units, generating insights which can be leveraged across the organization.
Responsibilities
Finance leadership
Responsible for all cash management topics and actions: inventory, receivables and past due, payables - Partnering with CBS organization – Key contact for all cash flow actuals and planning analyses
Responsible for cost structure financial reporting and business support to functional leaders: leading actuals analyses and planning activities to secure cost control, reporting new initiatives and tracking cost optimization actions, leveraging S4 implementation across Europe
Implement dashboard and tools to provide KPIs reporting and analysis on his/her area of responsibility – Leverage S4 capabilities and harmonize the usage.
Lead regular reviews with countries Business Partner to drive key initiatives and cash flow management improvement actions
Consolidate and report CHVAC Europe results on his/her area of responsibility
Prepare WHQ working capital reviews
Collaborate with leadership, business functions, and FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team to analyze business trends and create actionable insights for the various business units
Lead and support ad hoc analyses and transformation projects
Develop relationship with internal customers and key stakeholders
Performance management
Business partner to HVAC Europe leadership and functional leaders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the area of responsibility
Contribute the continuous improvement mind-set in the organization
Prepare certain key management reports including board decks and related analysis
Technical standards/ Ethics & Compliance
Ensure all guidelines issued and financial processes performed comply with business / finance accounting standards and policies
Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures
Complete ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer
Requirements
Business school, Master’s degree in management/finance or equivalent.
Prior experience in FP&A, ideally 5 years of experience in the industry.
Fluent in English
You possess strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to master advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint presentations with ease.
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with tight deadlines and adapt to changing objectives and priorities.
Good knowledge of SAP / HFM / advanced Excel functions.
Comfortable building relationships with local operational teams, functional teams, and country and Europe management.
Results-oriented: design/improve and implement new processes, programs, and systems; focus on execution.
Experience and interest in implementing BI solutions is a plus.
