Your main responsibilities and challenges will be to Manage and Coordinate a new operation from scratch.
As our Head of Business, you will be responsible for our new office’s goals and strategies, make business grow locally as well as internationally and ensure brand implementation in a new market.
Do you have our Prime Group Executive Director requirements?
Managing and coordinating the inception of a new operation.
Setting and executing the office’s goals and strategies, fostering local and international business growth, and ensuring seamless brand implementation in a novel market.
Analyzing the IT & Engineering landscape to develop a client portfolio from scratch, identifying potential clients and projects.
Building, managing, and nurturing an internal team dedicated to management, recruitment, and consultancy, fostering their career progression while ensuring motivation and engagement.
Do you have our Prime Group Executive Director requirements?
Minimum 4 years of Senior Managerial experience within the IT or Engineering sector.
Profound knowledge of the consultancy business and market in France.
Fluency in French and English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
A decisive individual willing to take calculated risks to establish a new company in the market.
A creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative goals and company strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and adept leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
