We are looking for an Energy4.0 Digital Development Data Scientist Intern to join our teams!

The Internship intends to create an Energy Digital Twin of our Plants. The digital development will be done on “Foundry” the platform of Palantir company.

Our Group Energy & CO2 Neutrality team is based in company Headquarters in Nanterre .

The Internship will take place at the Headquarters. Travel abroad may be required during the course of the mission.

The Internship will be affiliated with the Energy Efficiency & CO2 Neutrality team at Forvia. The various apprenticeship tasks will aim to directly or indirectly contribute to achieving our decarbonization objectives:

  • Carbon Neutrality in scope 1 & 2 by
  • Carbon Neutrality across all scopes by

    • You will be working on challenges that matter

    Your missions:

  • Using machine learning / AI algorithms based on available industrial data to model historical energy consumption and forecast future consumption of Sites.
  • Develop interfaces and tools useful for Forvia teams to improve energy efficiency (KPIs, Dashboards, Alert system, …)
  • Ingesting the datasets from different data sources on a central platform, ensuring that the data is accessible for the network, developing data quality filtration solutions, calculating related KPIs.
  • Manage development project to validate solution on Pilot Sites.
  • Define a Scale up plan to deploy the tool on all sites, promote the Solution, Develop training material, Deploy training.

    Engineering school, specialty in data science.

    Good knowledge of:

  • Python (Numpy, Pandas, Seaborn, PySpark)
  • Machine learning modeling
  • Project management
  • Good data processing skills
  • High interest in learning about energy management
  • High interest in Sustainability transformation
  • High interest in digital transformation.
  • Ability to adapt to an international environment.
  • Mandatory English, French is desirable.
