EMEA Digital Communications Manager

The holder of the position will be responsible for definition and implementation of EMEA-wide digital communications strategy, working collaboratively with global marcomms, country teams, and key ITG and customer marketing teams.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Social Media Lead EMEA strategy definition, identifying relevant channels, content and target audienceImplement strategy, manage agency for content creation and lead Marketing Cloud social studio
  • Digital newsletters Lead EMEA digital newsletter strategyCreate and manage a suite of templates ensuring a consistent look and feel across EMEA regionCreate newsletter contents relevant to all levels of customers (ITG, direct and indirect)Manage newsletter metrics and make appropriate improvements to drive engagement rates
  • Web strategy Create web strategy for EMEA region in collaboration with global marcomms teamWork together with global team and country teams to ensure timely and accurate content creation and upload across all language versionsCreate and manage appropriate reporting metrics for websites, making and implementing recommendations to improve customer journey
  • Virtual events Lead virtual events management for EMEA region (does not include country-specific events)Lead Delphi Technologies presence at ITG virtual events, including booth design and content, and appropriate customer engagement strategiesEMEA lead for CVENT platform, creating engaging events, webinars, technical talks and managing metrics and ensuring follow-up through SF Marketing Cloud
  • Digitalize content Lead and manage flipbook/ebook platform(s) ensuring consistent usage across EMEA regionManage flipbook metrics and make appropriate improvements to drive engagement rates; Make recommendations on platform(s) to utilize
