ABOUT THE JOB
As Director of Digital Marketing & Transformation you will support the integrated business of the division, partnering with the SVP of the division and key General Managers. You will, with a small functional team, develop, drive and share best marketing practices both on and off line.
This new role reports to the SVP of the division Beverage & Food Preparation.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
Support the company and division customer experience mission, strategy and roadmap
Analyse and oversee the overall digital customer experience linked to the business model and strategy
Identify and implement bold customer-centric digital plans based on relevant customer personas and multichannel requirements. The objective it to develop marketing as a key support for profitable growth
Drive connections between all digital initiatives, applications and channels (de-silo) and oversee roll-out plans and change management
Closely collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization (Business Units Coffee, Beverage and Food Preparation incl. Category Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Care)
Connect Go-to-market strategies for all products and services across the 360° customer journey applying a digital first thinking, content creation and leads nurturing approach
Apply current digital technologies and applications (CRM, Marketing automation, AI, analytics, data) to drive awareness, consideration, purchase and retention
Work closely with Central Marketing (governance) and BU Marketing to ensure the creation, communication, and execution of digital marketing project plans and tactics
Foster institutional knowledge on analytics and educate senior leadership on digital customer trends as well as channel dynamics
ABOUT YOU
University degree
Deep expertise in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and CRM programs: SEO, SEM, SEA, Data Analytics, Content
Change management experience
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Good financial understanding
Drive digital thinking across the organization/division.
Leadership and strong cross-collaborating mindset
Availability to travel
Unquestionable ethics and integrity
Excellent business acumen and consultative skills
Adaptable, you have judgement and decision making, acumen
