Responsibilities:
Consultative solution-selling, providing solutions, leveraging TaskUs services, to complex prospect/client issues that drive mutually positive business outcomes
Work cohesively with Global Sales and Client Services teams mapped to campaigns and co-own responsibility for driving successful business growth
Support all stages of the proposal process maintaining solutions control and guiding internal teams to collaborate by pulling together all critical & key pieces of the solution to finalize a proposal to exceed client expectations.
A solution expert will liaise with extended teams (all functions) to build a comprehensive & multi-dimensional solution proposal Partner with Sales & Client Services leaders to build the solution design
Possess an in-depth understanding of TaskUs’ services and differentiation of all service lines.
Periodic cadence with Sales & CS leaders to review Pipeline status & push the needed solution.
Periodic focused discussion with vertical leaders in BD & CS to contribute and support vertical & growth strategy
Be involved in all key RFPs and proactive proposals to provide & design insight into proposal strategy
Solution design strategy & approach across markets covering Europe and verticals (FinTech, HealthTech, HiTech, Retail + eCommerce, Social Media, Media and Entertainment and On-Demand Travel + Transportation).
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the BPO industry, with a significant focus on both outsourced and in-house operations.
Demonstrated success in leading teams to develop and implement innovative business solutions tailored to diverse client needs, with a particular emphasis on geo-based strategies.
Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives within the BPO sector, enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Comprehensive understanding of the geographical regions supported by the solutions, including market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory frameworks.
Previous experience in management roles, overseeing functions such as Operations, Client Services, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Training, Recruitment, and Business Intelligence.
Ability to effectively articulate TaskUs capabilities and value proposition to both existing and prospective clients, contributing to business growth and client retention.
Preference for candidates with experience in non-metro/Tier 2/3 markets, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking in diverse business environments.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client presentations and solution implementations, as necessary.
Exceptional decision-making abilities, strategic planning skills, and a strong sense of organization to drive successful project outcomes.
Proven expertise in fostering teamwork, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and promoting a collaborative work culture.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to established processes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in all deliverables.
