MANDATE
As part of the OneCRM global program and under the Omnichannel Sales department the purpose of the Events and Spend Reporting product is to provide a global solution to support Transparency Disclosure of spend to Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations, in alignment with law and regulations of markets.
The Product Owner (PO) ultimate accountability and responsibility is to deliver a workable product that delivers business value, every sprint. The PO is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog. (S)He has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Owns the “Product” from a “What” and “Why” perspective (accountable for vision and requirements) for their specified product, or component (if multiple delivery teams involved in solution delivery)
Works with scrum master and engineering delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project.
Is accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint, aligning with the overall goals from the business
Can negotiate Yes/No with the Business and/or the Digital Towers
Works closely and owns relationship with Customer Experience
Owns backlog prioritization of work
Creates requirements and stories
Keeps the vision of the product up to date
Owns of roadmap and sprint priorities
Ensures follow up and reporting of KPI
Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
