To meet booming market demand of our digital native customers we’re setting up Digital Natives sales team to address this rapidly evolving segment in a targeted fashion and drive digital transformation of our customers through meaningful engagements with C-level executives, IT heads, architects and developers. Digital Native sales team will be fully missioned to sell Oracle Cloud Infrastructure portfolio, inclusive of its powerful AI/ML capabilities. As an EMEA Digital Natives Sales Leader, you’ll build and lead a team of specialized sales professional who will engage directly with CEOs, CIOs and executives of scaleups and digital business such as FinTech, EduTech, Digital Media, E-Commerce, Gaming companies and will be keenly focused on delivering on the company’s commercial objectives.
The leader we’re looking for will have a capability to build, manage high-performing, cross-regional prime sales team of Digital Native professionals and drive sales outcomes. The right candidate will have strong proven experience and record track of selling infrastructure cloud solutions to Digital Native segment or will come with strong record track of executive roles within Digital Native scale up segment.
The successful candidate is expected to have strong consultative sales skills, great cloud architecture/IT solutioning background and exceptional business acumen.Â
What you will do
Establish and lead the team of highly experienced sales professionals to effectively penetrate new to Oracle segment and deliver/exceed sales goals
Be a Digital Native thought leader internally and externally, exhibit a deep understanding of macro trends, emerging & evolving business models, and the ability to articulate Oracle’s competitive value for them
Roll up the sleeves to engage with CxOs of Digital Native customers, establish executive engagements and lead your sales team by example
Play indispensable role in establishing meaningful engagements with top Digital Native businesses and progressing those innovatively, linking required resources and teams
Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive Oracle brand reputation in Digital Native segment
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Programs teams to drive compelling messaging to Digital Native sectors and interconnected Go-To-Market

What you will bring:
Min. 5 years of sales leadership experience specializing on Digital Native segment OR min. 7 years of leadership experience in B2C digital native companies
Min. 15 + years experience of building and managing high performing sales teams
Proven track record of dealing at CEO/CXO level particularly within Digital Native segment and the startup world
Demonstrated track record in leading a sales team to surpass its targets and significantly grow the scale of the business partnerships under their control
Proven ability to open new customer relationships, navigate customer influence map, build strong relationships at the executive level AND drive internal ecosystem to deliver progression/closing engagements
Leadership ability to build, train, coach and develop a high performing team with a growth mindset and customer passion
Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with a strong focus on collaboration
Ability to move fast, be bold, and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Strong technical background, understanding of Cloud Infrastructure demands from Digital Natives and competitive mapping of top Cloud playersÂ
