DIGITAL LEARNING AND COMMUNITY MANAGER Fragrance & Beauty Europe (H/F)

Mobile learning solutions improve adoption, expand global reach, improve efficiency, and engage users better.

Reporting to the Learning Fragrance & Beauty Europe Department, you will be responsible for Digital Learning & Community Management. You will be assisted by an intern to support you in your work.

Your role consists in sustaining this profound transformation of learning methods by animating the European DLM (Digital Learning Management) community, while nourishing the digital learning appetite of our learners through compelling content in line with the pace and priorities of the business.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

Support the transformation of learning strategy and support Digital Learning Innovation

  • Serve as the 'Digital Learning' reference: determine the strategy, liaise with providers & stakeholders for platform improvements, actively participate in digital committees,

  • Enhance the existing e-learning experience with new features and innovative learning formats (immersive experiences, AI, etc.), design Blended Learning paths and ensure their understanding/visibility/communication

  • Anchor the digital Learning routine for our wholesale learners

  • Generate transversality with the Learning Europe W&FJ and F&B teams and maintain a strong collaboration with the Global Retail Learning team

  • Contribute to the improvement of tracking KPIs for digital learning activities, ensuring regular reporting and dissemination of results to stakeholders

  • Promote and Diversify digital Learning solutions through a regular watch and awareness on Learning innovation methods and tools

  • Learning content design

    Breaking traditional Learning methods by introducing learning experience solutions based on adaptative Learning and Blended Learning : adaptative learning allows employees to learn at their own pace, to be monitored individually to determine what learning approach will best suit their needs.

    In your mission, you will drive the e-learning application Inside Beauty

  • Work on improving the digital learning experience, in collaboration with HR and relevant teams, to incorporate social learning elements into the platforms.

  • Collaborate with creative/media developers to design, adapt and produce learning tools/content

  • Measure effectiveness

    In order to determine if the learning strategy in place is driving business outcomes, you need to monitor training plans and consistently measure its effectiveness.

    Animate a community

    You build a Digital Learning community in Europe and animate, inspire and develop its members through regular touchpoints

    You participate in the design and organization of European seminars (creation of pedagogical content, animation/facilitation of workshops, logistics etc.) in collaboration with the other Learning Europe team members.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING

    You have a significant experience (5-7 years) in project management, in a digital and international environment supporting a business characterized by complex distribution models (retail/ wholesale).

    You have a good knowledge of Fragrance and Beauty and a strong product sensitivity. An experience in learning engineering is a “must”.

    With excellent interpersonal skills, you have the necessary assets to federate teams in your projects and you thrive in a lean team within a demanding and reactive environment.

    You are recognized for your ability to manage complex projects, for your creativity, proactivity as well as for your organization and analytical skills.

    You like to innovate and are passionate about new technologies, digital and social learning.

    Finally, you have an excellent level of written and spoken English and master the computer tools (Excel and Powerpoint, Canva, Video editing such as Camtasia/ Inshot).
