Royal Canin's Digital Factory is key in achieving this strategy through the multiplicity of its practices: UX/UI, Development, Product Ownership, Market deployment, Architecture, Governance... 

In partnership with Royal Canin and Mars Functions, the Digital Governance Analyst will play a key role in ensuring Royal Canin meets the evolving security, data privacy, and legal standards and compliance requirements to ensure a safe and trusted Digital Ecosystem. 

What are we looking for?

  • Engineer’s Degree of Information Technology

  • eBusiness and Management

  • Proven work experience in Digital Governance or related digital role.

  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, specifically front-end code (html, css, javascript) and/or other comparable technical compliance syntax.

  • Fluent in English

  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in partnership with external and internal actors

  • Strong understanding of digital environment · 

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a talent for crafting compelling communications in simple, everyday language to deliver memorable stories

  • Strong autonomy, rigor, organization and focus. You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability

  • Ability to work with different teams and various team dynamics to achieve compliance objectives

  • Lead of cross-functional teams with external and internal actors 

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Fast learner, and comfortable coping with change

  • Analytical and synthetical mind

  • Additionalqualifications: · 

  • Experience on Digital Service, Digital app. and/or e Commerce projects ·

  • What will be your key responsibilities?

  • The Digital Governance Analyst in the Digital Factory will report to the Digital Governance Lead and will have the following responsibilities:
  • Compliance Dashboard and Scorecards
  • The RC Digital Governance dashboard and score cards are key compliance components for stakeholders across the organization. It is the Digital Governance Analyst’s responsibility to:
  • Collaborate with PBI Specialist to ensure relevant and accurate data is available across all reporting activities
  • Identify, communicate, and report on key patterns and insights to stakeholders through appropriate forums.
  • RC Digital Governance Community
  • Driving action is made possible by a strong RC Digital Governance Community made up of global leaders, regions, markets, and asset owners. It is the Digital Governance Analyst’s responsibility to:
  • Monitor and communicate changes in digital inventory through appropriate forums
  • Adapt to changes in the organization through onboardings: Regions, markets, and asset owners
  • Support with preparation of Digital Governance Global, Regional, Market, and Asset Owner Periodic sessions
  • Digital Governance Compliance Roadmap
  • Mars standards and industry standards are constantly evolving to ensure secure and compliant digital spaces. It is the Digital Governance Analyst's responsibility to:
  • Gather requirements from Mars functions (Data Privacy, Security, Legal, and others) for any planned upcoming change.
  • Leverage the RC Digital Governance framework to support cascading and execute changes to the digital ecosystem.
  • Monitor and report progress while partnering with Digital Governance Regional Champions to ensure compliance
  • Security and Risk Management
  • Security and Risk Management are two key areas of focus for the RC Digital Governance Team. It is the Digital Governance Analyst’s responsibility to:
  • Leverage RC Governance insights to support during Security and Risk related sessions
  • Partner with respective functions to ensure security and compliance actions are executed according to planned milestones.
  • Internal and External Audits
  • Regular Internal and External Audits are a common method of ensuring compliance.It is the Digital Governance Analyst’s responsibility to:
  • Partner with audit leaders to ensure audit requirements are communicated properly throughout the relevant functions in the organization
  • Leverage the RC Digital Governance Framework to ensure asset owner engagement and success criterias are met
  • Technical Insights
  • Security compliance requires a general technical understanding of vulnerabilities or findings. It is the Digital Governance Analyst’s responsibility to:
  • Work with the Mars Threat Vulnerability Management and Cyber Security Teams to gain a general understanding of security related topics.
  • Leverage the RC Digital Governance Framework to ensure asset owner engagement and success or remediation criteria’s are met
  • Mars Tools & Processes
  • Mars leverages several key tools and processes to drive compliance. It is critical for the Digital Governance Analyst to become proficient in existing and new tools to support Digital Governance with day-to-day activities. Examples of these tools include: ServiceNow, Archer Risk Management, Ed Cast.
