Digital & Data Project Director Job

Summary

As our Digital & Data Project Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital future. You will work with cross-functional teams (product teams, digital production, sales, marketing, R&D, IT…),overseeing data, project management, and digital acculturation . This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and strategic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be part of the Digital Transformation Department. This a global position with international interactions.

Mission Details

  • Data Vision Define data vision and roadmap Promote the adoption of a data culture within the company Work in close collaboration with function teams (sales, marketing…) and oversee the data analytics and digital performance team, empowering them to extract valuable insights from customer data (traffic, voice of customer, etc.) and translate them into actionable dashboards and reports.
  • Strategic Portfolio management Partner with stakeholders (business and IT) to define project selection criteria and prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment. Proactively monitor project progress, identify interdependencies and potential roadblocks, and report on portfolio health and performance. Foster seamless communication and collaboration between project teams.
  • Project Management: Implement effective project methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall) to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
  • Manage project lifecycles, including budget & timeline adherence, risk mitigation, and KPI development for success measurement. Facilitate training and knowledge sharing on project management best practices.
  • Digital acculturation & innovation watch Collaborate across teams to define a clear roadmap for digital acculturation within the company. Translate digital strategy into actionable programs and communication plans for broad adoption. Stay abreast of digital trends and innovations, identifying potential opportunities to enhance our digital ecosystem.

    • Required Profile

  • Graduated from an engineering or business school.
  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech and/or industrial settings.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or other relevant project management methodologies and PMO (progress monitoring)
  • Experience with Data Management-related & data platforms is a plus
  • Passionate by technology and innovation
  • Fluent in English
