Digital assistant

Main Functions

The global digital assistant will report to the Business unit marketing director with frequent interactions with digital team, global product categories marketing teams, local marketing deployers in different countries.

Responsabilities:

  • Have the responsibility to help on facilitating access to information accompanying our massive global digital transformation with administrative support & data management with growing digital platforms.
  • Be a major interface/help for internal & external users to our digital platforms.
  • Supports as well external digital marketing programs (Social Media community management, Webs maintenance….) & Marketing automation (CRM database quality, emailings…..)
  • Administrative support for marketing team associated with this position include but not limited to:

  • Maintenance of our Intranet (Sharepoint365);
  • Microsoft 365: Contribute to support to all LAN users & exploring new assets (Teams, Sharepoint, Stream, Planner…) to propose new working methods;
  • Documentation Management System & E-learning platforms: helps on maintenance, training, quality control & User X improvement;
  • Managing Internal & External User accesses to growing global digital platforms;
  • Data management: help on improving and maintaining our CRM database quality, internal & external contacts and support sales team for leads qualification process (Microsoft Dynamics);
  • Supporting webinar logistics and provide support on internal trainings about our webinar tool;
  • Social Media: Support for community management & creation;
  • Websites maintenance.
  • Technical skills

    Required

  • Bachelor degree, high school diploma + 2 univerity years in IT/data management or Marketing
  • English spoken & written - Advanced level
  • Likes digital environment & new technologies
  • An asset

  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Microsoft Powerpoint design & Adobe indesign
  • Agriculture, Biotechnology, Science industry knowledge
