The Tech & Data department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients.
The Tech & Data organization is an Agile matricial organization relying on 4 pillars:
Data and System Engineering, made of the following teams : Data Center of Excellence, Products and Systems Engineering and Enterprise Architecture
Management & Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems, made of teams supporting Crews and Transversal Functional Domains: Governance, T&D Operating Model Implementation, Security & Compliance, Financial Control, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Governance, and Processes
Technical, made of teams dedicated to IT Operations, Network, Cloud, Workplace & Cloud Productivity Services

Your mission and tasks will be to use and enrich the DevOps platform, called CI Factory, of the group:
On the daily use of the CI Factory Ensure its maintenance in operational conditionStandardize and simplify DevOps practices within projectsParticipate in the integration of new systems using the CI Factory while respecting deadlines and technical constraintsProvide assistance to team members according to your expertiseTools/applications integrated to the CI Factory: Jenkins, Sweagle, Monitoring (Nagios, Elasticsearch), Azure,...
On the maintenance and enrichment of the CI FactoryParticipate in the continuous improvement of the CI Factory to enrich, secure and simplify its useParticipate in new modules developed for innovative products to maximize their subsequent reuse Analyze current technology utilized within the Group and develop steps and processes to improve and expand upon themParticipate in the documentation and training of the various users (Dev and Ops) of the CI Factory to facilitate its adoption in compliance with standardsMentor and train other engineers throughout the company and seek to continually improve processes companywideParticipate in the analysis of the technologies used within the group and be a force of proposal when a standardization within the CI Factory is possible to implement and document the necessary processes
On collaboration and support to other Tech & Data teams and stakeholdersProvide support to projects requiring the creation or modification of their CICD pipelines or the deployment of environment(s) by IaCCollaborate with squads and other teams to monitor the progress of group initiatives, ensuring adherence to CI Factory standards and usage and project commitmentsAssist other members of the technical teams and in particular the Technical Owners, to understand, master and collaborate with the CI Factory
+5 years of work experience in DevOps, preferably within the (re)insurance sector, as part of a financial services company or similar organization
Expertise Linux & Windows, Containers, and knowledge of scripting languages such as Jenkins, Ansible, Groovy, Bash, Powershell, Python,…
Experience with open-source technologies and cloud services
Strong knowledge of operations
Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Business-driven mindset and strong appetite to understand functional context
Agile & project management methodology and practice
Fluent in English
