Developer Python/GO - Collaborative solution

We are looking for a Developer Python/GO for our IT, technology & Product department, which designs and develops the products, services and infrastructures that together build the future of OVHcloud.
Always on the lookout for innovation, these passionate fans are focused on solving complex technological problems.

As a Python/GO developer, you join the Collaboration team, which is responsible for developing and deploying an alternative to Microsoft Exchange.

#Missions

Our infrastructures are based on more than 1,000 servers, and are constantly being scaled up. They are equipped with the very latest cloud technologies and best management tools to guarantee a high level of availability.

The environment includes, in particular, Kubernetes, Galera, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible technologies, and a hosting system made up of VMs hosted on PCC-VMware, our bare-metal servers, or cloud instances.

Attached to the tech lead, you will face the following challenges:

  • You can define technical solutions to solve problems or create a new service.
  • Create POCs and test solutions
  • You create CI/CD and tests
  • You are intervening on the backend and the front-end
  • You create a production-ready solution integrated into the existing system (Kubernetes, Ubuntu/Debian environment)

  • You have experience in development with Python and GO.
  • You are comfortable working in English
  • You have knowledge of SQL and Docker.
  • You are familiar with automation tools like Git.
  • You are open to the world and working in an international context is an important aspect for you.
  • You are self-sufficient and able to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • With a great sense of service, you want to have a positive impact on your internal and/or external contacts.
