About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics & Digital Director to lead our data-driven initiatives and digital transformation in our Quality and Food Safety function. As the Data Analytics & Digital Director , you will play a critical role in shaping our organization’s data & analytics strategy, leveraging new technologies & tools.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development :

Design and implement data science, analytics, and business intelligence strategies for Quality & Food Safety domains end-to-end value chain

Monitor the roadmap to lead execution & selection of use-cases, ensuring the right technology environment is created.

Drive the change management & transformation of the implementation of the data in the different regions

Project Portfolio Management :

Lead data analytics & digital project portfolio management, budget, and governance with the support of the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives

Thought Leadership :

lead the global Quality Data & Digital team (2 people).

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Capability Building :

Develop and sustain knowledge, competencies, and strong capabilities in data analytics and digital transformation in the Quality & Food Safety function.

Set up appropriate functional data analytics & digital communities to ensure best usage of solutions.

About You

About you

15+ years of experience in FMCG or related industry leading analytics functions with demonstrable results.

Expert knowledge in statistics, data landscapes skills ideally related to QFS and R&I strategy based on gathering processes in statistical language.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Change management skills

Ability to manage a complex multi-dimensional change.

Comfortable with constantly changing complex technical environments.
