CVC Engineer

    • OFFER DESCRIPTION

    You'll be in charge of the hotel's entire HVAC package (AHU, heat pump, extractors, fan convectors, underfloor heating, BMS, home automation).

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will test the operation of equipment: electrical and telephone networks, lighting equipment, kitchen equipment, plumbing, etc...
  • Replace worn or faulty parts.
  • You'll keep an eye on the aesthetic appearance of the building (condition of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows).
  • You will intervene in the front office and back office when a technical problem arises.
  • You will prepare the work to be carried out using the documents provided (building plans, maintenance schedules, etc.).
  • Be attentive to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.

  • Diagnostic skills
  • Ability to listen to customers.
  • Practical and theoretical skills in electricity, plumbing, low voltage, HVAC, etc.
  • Demonstrate rigor and organization in work.
  • Fluency in at least two foreign languages, including English.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations.
  • Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
