Costar Group - HR Analyst - Paris

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR operations of CoStar France such as new joiner onboarding and orientation, employment contract preparation, end of probation review, contract addendums, French benefits administration, coordination of the annual working time interviews, monthly summary for Payroll. etc.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and our HR Technology Team to design, build, and optimize HR processes and workflows within the Workday system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and support HR projects and change initiatives, from conception to implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of HR processes, workflows, and system configurations. Ensure documentation is accurate and easily accessible to the HR team.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and completeness and maintain employee files and records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Identify improvement opportunities and conduct records audits.
  • Develop and manage weekly HR data integrity audit, corrections and minimize error reoccurrence.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring that they are executed in accordance with established policies, timelines, and quality standards. Monitor program performance and adjust as needed to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services to employees.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives initially for France and Spain.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with processing HR transactions and requests, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and changes to employee records.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate HR Business Partner or corresponding HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Develop user-friendly job aids and training materials to facilitate the adoption of Workday functionalities. Train end-users as needed and maintain materials, notify stakeholders as workflows change.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • CIPD qualification is a plus.
  • Prior experience as HR Associate or HR Assistant preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong understanding of French HR processes and policies, as well as French employment law.
  • Interest in driving process improvements to achieve operational excellence.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent technical aptitude and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to build relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
