Functional expertise within his/her functional areaAdvise on optimizing the use of tools and systems in placeDescribe the user need by defining the “why” of the request and desired changes in the future information systemDefine the functional solution by describing the proposed solution in specifications responding to user needsCheck the consistency of the application and functional architecture and its developmentParticipate in the assessment and selection of a software packageManage the internal (or external) project management responsible for developing the necessary adaptations and taking charge of the stages prior to commissioningControl the acceptance, configuration and production phasesControl the quality by verifying that the delivered product corresponds to the need expressedManage changes while respecting Quality, Cost and Time commitmentsBe responsible for the delivery of projects by acting as the interface between business and the Project ManagerParticipate in design of the support plan Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
