Senior Visual Merchandising Project Manager (M/F/X)

As a Visual Merchandising Skincare and Fragrance Project Manager, reporting to the Merchandising Manager in charge of your categories, you will be required to participate in the management of visual merchandising projects and support brands in their merchandising updates.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Guidelines:

  • Write guidelines for the skincare and fragrance categories, intended for country merchandising managers in order to ensure the proper execution of merchandising and the implementation of in-store updates.

    • Management of brand merchandising updates:

  • Create and follow the retroplanning
  • Brief the Sephora Offer teams and the brands
  • Share the specifications
  • Validate merchandising plans and assets
  • Exchange daily with centrally managed brands
  • Communicate updates to countries in the EU zone

    • Development / Project management :

    Brand furniture :

  • Work in close collaboration with internal contacts (Offer, Design, Purchasing, VM country) in order to develop their permanent furniture
  • Validation of furniture design in accordance with the brand's merchandising rules
  • Support brands in the development of their merchandising or furniture elements
  • Validate technical plans and prototypes in collaboration with the design team
  • Ensure management of retro-planning, monitoring of logistics of deliveries and store implementations
  • Ensure budget management

    • Retailer furniture :

  • Develop or rework permanent furniture dedicated to a brand destination
  • Build the budget by country
  • Define the merchandising brief according to the brief of the offer and the brand
  • Work on 3D in collaboration with the design team
  • Monitor development and production in collaboration with the Design team
  • Validate technical plans and prototypes in collaboration with the Design team
  • Communicate with our countries: guidelines and order tracking
  • Monitor the logistics of deliveries and store setups

    • Country coordination :

  • Ensure coordination between central teams, brands and countries
