CDD - Digital, Social & Influence Manager - Kilian Paris & Frédéric Malle

Summary Double reporting to Global Consumer Engagement Director – KILIAN PARIS and Global Consumer Engagement Senior Manager Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, this position is key to ensure the implementation of different key brand digital activations : social media strategy, paid media strategy and influence strategy. Worldwide monitoring, analysis and reporting to tackle strategic decisions. The ideal candidate has heavy experience driving on-brand social / digital content to strategically drive awareness, consideration, engagement and conversion Strategy implementation Actively participate to the implementation of the global social / digital strategy through precise action plan such as seasonal activation programs, inclusive of planning and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic lead on best practices, trend analysis and performance benchmarking/tracking Manage relationship with external agencies and partners to consistently provide best-in-class strategic recommendations, content, and first-to-market media opportunities to position the brands as a key social actor on ultra luxury perfumes. Development of new content programs to enrich the story telling of the Brand. Channel Management Lead in the development of all global social media initiatives, and paid media strategies to support yearly Global Communications objectives and campaigns Oversight and review of all earned and branded content, and calendaring (inclusive of content briefing) Oversee community management and effectively translate social sentiment/listening into ideas and strategy Lead performance tracking and reporting, including monthly, campaign and ad-hoc reports, in addition to socialization across cross-functional and leadership teams Partner cross functionally with the Marketing, PR, Online, Creative and Education teams to plan, communicate and adjust digital and social marketing tactics Regional Coordination Edit specific paid media guidelines relevant for all Kilian Paris & Frédéric Malle markets. Coordinate local social media action such as Wechat, Weibo Channel management in China. Supervise each local initiative linked to content production such as media partnership. Lead performance tracking and reporting across all markets and regions. Budget Plan and oversee designated budget allocation in alignment with global social strategy and owned channel needs Review and oversee management of the department budgeting, including invoice processing and actualizations Qualifications Experience Minimum 5+ years of strategic social and/or digital marketing, paid media campaigns strategy, CRM and community management experience; in house or at an agency. Luxury, beauty, Fashion or lifestyle experience preferred. Education Master’s Degree Required Skills Passionate for the dynamic, changing nature of social media marketing and data Curiosity and interest in innovation fueled by consumer insight and an understanding of key business drivers Strong ability to collaborate and influence others in a highly matrixed environment Significant experience leading digital content leaders and teams including Creative teams, writers, social media teams, and other digital content creators Experience running department operations, including strategy, talent, and budgets True sensitivity to luxury Job: Marketing Primary Location: Europe, Middle East, Africa-FR- Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 245009
