Business Process Analyst (f/m/d) for the global implementation of a FiCo-Tool

Due to the global implementation of a Finance & Controlling Tool, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst (f/m/d) in Munich, Berlin, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Warsaw, Freiburg, Mainz or Hamburg:

What You Will Do

  • Build, design, maintain and develop business processes across all fields of finance, accounting and controlling and additionally procurement
  • Be part of our template definition phase and our subsequent global rollout waves: Gather information, evaluate requirements and solutions
  • Conduct design and requirements gathering sessions, document the outcome, translate into effective streamline technical solutions, and assist with managing various areas of the overall project (test lead, cutover, go-live support)
  • Advise external services providers for system implementation and cooperate with all relevant stakeholders for system integration
  • Support the project team with troubleshooting issues of configuration from a functional perspective
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans
  • Lead change management
  • Set up and drive the approaches for global business processes documentation
  • Work with external auditors, end-users and IT to ensure compliance
  • Develop auditing processes to ensure data integrity and system accuracy
  • Manage release cycles of new functionalities
  • What You Bring

  • University degree in a relevant field, or a comparable qualification
  • Hands-on design and implementation experience in Finance & Controlling solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Netsuite, Workday
  • Experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcomes, including designing process flows and helping to define test scripts
  • Used to agile working, e.g. as scrum master or product owner
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within Finance at a multinational working environment
  • Fluent English is a requirement
  • Willingness to travel (after covid-19)
