Business Developer

Your role

This is a sales role that requires dedication and focus. You’ll be making a variety of calls including some outbound leads. Through good call structure, quickly building professional rapport to identify needs, you’ll generate selling opportunities and then convert these within targeted levels. This activity will deliver agreed fuel sales and revenue targets that will drive high levels of open-ended commission earnings.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Sales Director PayByPhone Business, your main missions will be the following:

  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close all sales profitably;
  • Follow-up any leads in timely manner;
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts;
  • With the support of the FR Office team, develop Sales strategies and profit forecasts and define individual channel plans for your customer portfolio, to ensure profitable delivery and business growth;
  • Ensure existing client renewal;
  • Participate from A to Z in the sales cycle: taking information/needs, follow-up and client signature;
  • Carry out reporting and customer data update actions (Salesforce, Enterprise Database);
  • Help and support the sales team in its daily actions;
  • Carrying out other tasks and responsibilities that your manager asks you to from time to time.
  • As part of your duties, you will be regularly in contact with multiple company departments (Marketing, Operations, etc.).
