Tasks

Roles and Responsibilities:

Market analysis :

  • Define target prospects (key accounts, middle market, SMEs...)
  • Develop and align commercial arguments with product marketing
  • Conduct competitive and technological watch
  • Commercial hunting and prospecting
  • Identify lead-generating contacts and study client needs
  • Conduct presentations (on-site demonstrations, remote...)
  • Negotiate and finalize contractual conditions and optimize revenue margins for the company
  • Hand over the file to project teams responsible for production

Sales :

  • Assist clients and provide tailored advice
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of orders and respond to client inquiries
  • Follow client processes: Requests/follow-up/payment/disputes if any
  • Handle client conflicts
  • Meet with clients and prospects to offer services tailored to their needs
  • Monitor client portfolio and organize sales activities
  • Identify new needs and propose complementary or subsidiary offers
  • Analyze client issues and needs to provide appropriate solutions
  • Specific Missions
  • Concierge services: hotel reservations, chauffeur-driven cars, etc...
  • Participate in aeronautical events
  • Participate in internal and external Quality actions (audits, meetings,...)

Requirements

Good oral and written communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Organized, rigorous, and attentive

Good mastery of computer and communication tools

Excellent command of English (reading, speaking, and writing) is mandatory

Prospecting skills

Friendly and dynamic demeanor
