In the context of external client onboarding, we are looking for a Business Analyst specialized on our solution ALTO Investment

Role description

- Understand client objectives and goals to deliver solutions and services

- Participate in implementation projects by delivering and customizing the existing solution according to clients needs

- Deliver expertise and provide guidance to ensure clients take full advantage of ALTO* products and services

- Aid in developing improved practices to make the Implementation model more efficient with each new implementation

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in clients workshop to gather client requirements

- Understand and redesign client business process using ALTO* product and services

- Configure and customize ALTO* modules according to clients needs

- Work closely with R&D team to follow-up IT developments in case of gaps

- Control positions and ensure data quality

- Prepare user guides and business processes for the client

- Provide trainings for end users

- Communicate internally current progress status

- Constantly expand your knowledge on ALTO* and standard market processes (data management, front office, middle office, risks, performance, investment compliance, reporting)

- Provide level 2 support
