RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Digital Activations Manager, you will work in close partnership with the Global Digital Director in order to develop and execute Burberry Beauty’s digital marketing activations and consumer experiences, from strategy to brief to final execution and delivery, across all digital touchpoints and markets. You will partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, E-commerce, Visual Merchandising and Local Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of digital activations that are innovative, drive engagement and deliver business objectives. You will also closely collaborate with the Fashion House to create all consumer-facing content.

Working across new product launches, key commercial moments, and evergreen activations, you will focus on delivering best-in-class digital activation toolkits and support our regional markets with strategy and guidance to execute at local level.

Your main focus :

  • 360° DIGITAL ACTIVATION STRATEGY & EXECUTION Deliver digital activation excellence by developing innovative and engaging campaign strategies driving brand awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty for new product launches and key commercial moments. Develop digital activations across all digital touchpoints including social, digital media, e-retail, website, any ad-hoc digital experience, CRM, and in-store digital touchpoints.
  • CONTENT PRODUCTION In collaboration with Fashion House, drive assets creation for all consumer-facing digital touchpoints, ensuring content created is optimized for platforms and adhering to beauty best practices. Partner with key markets to address local needs relevant for retailers and consumers in order to ensure success of the online consumer journey across all digital touchpoints. Ideate, build, and implement ad-hoc digital experiences that deliver business value and improve consumer experience. Lead development of toolkits and guidelines for local implementation including messaging, paid media assets, social organic assets, e-commerce assets and activation concepts.
  • DIGITAL MEDIA & SOCIAL ORGANIC/PAID Partner with Global/Local Media teams to deliver paid media content based on best practices and best performing ad units. Work with regional leaders on local media plan executions to ensure adherence to Burberry Beauty’s global brand equity and standards. Liaise with Fashion House on conversational calendar across beauty-dedicated social media channels and build-out recommendations to increase beauty SOV on fashion social channels.
  • E-RETAIL Continually improve visibility on all e-retailer touchpoints via toolboxes/guidelines creation and continuous e-retailer audits. Develop a variety of exclusive e-retailer content, tools and experiences. Develop e-retailer templates (PDP+, content page, brand page).
  • BEAUTY TECH & INNOVATION Identify opportunities, develop new strategies, propose new support models, and initiate new technologies to increase conversion on third-party retailers.

    YOU ARE A COTY FIT

    As an experienced Digital Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

  • have a 8-10 years digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment (beauty/luxury experience strongly preferred)
  • are a strategic thinker with strong project management skills required
  • are highly organized with ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency/ownership and meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent understanding of digital projects development life cycle
  • have excellent problem solving-skills
  • are skilled in written/verbal and presentation
  • are current on emerging trends and technologies and passionate about the digitally driven consumer decision journey
  • are accustomed to work cross-functionally, with a lot of internal and external partners
  • are fluent in English, with previous international experience/exposure
  • Position based in Paris
