The Procter & Gamble factory in Blois, located in Loir-et-Cher, is one of the most important production sites for
group shampoos. Every day, we produce more than 2 million bottles. Our brands? Head&Shoulders®, Pantene®, Herbal Essences®, Aussie® and Old Spice®. Our site is highly automated with a state-of-the-art level of technology of the cosmetics industry. YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS :
On our production plant, the Packing department guarantees the packing of our products in their final packaging.
Three priorities for the packaging department: Safety, Quality, Productivity. The heart of the profession of process packing engineer is the constant improvement of production lines in order to increase their efficiency (reduction of changeover times, reduction of stoppages, etc.).
As part of your apprenticeship program, you will be in charge of improving format changeover times between each production cycle. Your project will consist of several steps:
