Your work environment
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the AXA Group Financial Crime Department, Group ABC Analysts report directly to the Group Anti-Bribery Officer.
Group ABC Analysts are based in Paris, in headquarters.
Main purpose
In a context of a strong international regulation (, FCPA, UKBA), the French regulatory framework has dramatically evolved (Sapin II Law, French Anti-Bribery Agency’s guidelines and controls). It impacts AXA in all operations worldwide. Penalties for non-compliance with this new French regulatory environment has increased financial impacts, with significant damages to AXA’s reputation and brand.
To manage this, AXA Group Anti-Bribery Department has to prevent the risk of bribery and corruption across the Group and the risk of non-compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations. To do so, ABC Analysts have to assist the Group Anti-Bribery Officer to:

This role requires a confident and articulate individual, with good inter-personal and influencing skills, and good cultural sensitivity.
