The core team is based across 4 locations in Europe, with wide interactions across Europe and worldwide. The main objective of the role is to support R&D performance analysis of Home & Distribution R&D Hub of Europe. Key responsibilities Provide support Home & Distribution Europe Hub R&D monthly Cash out analysis Contribute to Rolling forecast preparation on quarterly basis Identify and analyze variances between actuals and forecast* Check and follow up of Compliance to Future Ready R&D requirement in R&D and Finance tools Support Post Sell analysis Provide support on Business Case preparation and validation Position of the Job in the organization Reporting to Home & Distribution Business Finance Director Qualification Intended Degree Master in Business Management / Finance Skills & Competencies Pro-active, collaborative team-player Result oriented Well organized Strong command in English High energy, work ownership and dedication High degree of proficiency with Excel Let us learn about you!
