Senior IT Project Manager

In this role, you should exceed in organisation skills, flexibility and time management as well as being able to act with limited guidance.

Responsibilities:

Manage, develop and retain a team of IT professionals

Improve the Agile Way of Working, create transparency on the backlog, velocity and planning

Anticipate, identify and assess the latest technical evolutions in your domain

Build relationships, both internally and externally, with key stakeholders at all levels

Supervise progress, quality, planning, and budget of the GTS Change agenda, and prepare concise and actionable reporting to GTS Management

Compile and report on budget and progress for all initiatives within the project portfolio

Ensure projects adhere to Euroclear’s internal standards and methodologies, especially in regards to the Portfolio Management process submission of demands, budget approvals, … - and related to project predictability

Support the GTS development organization in their departmental project governance, by supplying them with insightful reporting

Support GTS Management in building the longer term view on strategical investments and a multi-year roadmap

Requirements:

First-hand experience in IT project management (all aspects)

Driven and proactive approach

Analytical and structured attribute

Experience within a technical complex environment is a plus

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint)

Agile experience preferred
